Had a crash? Here's how I can help

Whether your bike's been dropped in the driveway, come off in the wet or been in a bigger incident, I can take a proper look at it. My focus is non-insurance crash repairs — direct, honest work for riders who don't want to go through an insurance claim, or whose bike doesn't warrant one.

I'll assess what's actually happened mechanically, what's safe to keep and what needs replacing, and give you an honest, upfront picture of what it'll take to get the bike back on the road properly.

What I check after a crash

A crash can affect more than what's visible. I check the steering and suspension for damage, inspect the brakes, wheels and tyres, check all the controls, look over the cooling system for leaks or damage, assess any electrical damage, and inspect the forks and chassis area for anything that needs closer attention.

Where parts need replacing, I'll source the right ones for your bike and talk you through your options.

Getting your bike back on the road safely

Before anything goes back to you, it gets a final safety check before I hand the motorcycle back. I won't hand a bike back that isn't safe to ride — that's not how I operate, crash repair or otherwise.

This service is for non-insurance repairs — if you're going through an insurer, I'm happy to have a chat about your situation, but I don't operate as an insurance repairer.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you deal with insurance companies?+

No — I focus on non-insurance crash repairs and direct customer work. If you're planning to claim through insurance, get in touch and I can talk through your options.

My bike was dropped at low speed — is it worth bringing in?+

Yes. Even low-speed drops can affect controls, fairings, mounting points or fluid levels. A quick assessment is worth it before you ride it again.

Can you do paint or bodywork repairs?+

No — my focus is the mechanical side: making sure the bike is mechanically sound and safe to ride. I can point you toward trusted people for cosmetic work if needed.

Do you provide a quote before starting?+

Yes — I'll assess the bike and give you an honest quote before any work begins.

What if the damage is more than it's worth fixing?+

I'll tell you honestly. If a repair doesn't make financial sense, I'd rather tell you that upfront than take the job anyway.

CRASHED YOUR BIKE?

Don't ride it until you know it's safe.

Bring it in and I'll take a look.
